Paul Hoskin, Financial Planner,
Director of Hoskin Financial Planning
Paul is a fully qualified Financial Planner with around 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry at adviser and managerial level; qualified to a high standard for a number of years holding the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Financial Planning Certificate along with the Institute of Financial Services, Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.
In a continually changing industry Paul has kept his qualifications to a high standard by achieving Diploma Status via the IFS, Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA). This qualification means that he has attained the higher qualification required by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to be able to continue advising clients beyond 2012.
Paul also holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Long Term Care Insurance exam allowing him to advise in this rapidly growing area requiring specialist financial advice.
In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his and children. He also enjoys good food and wine.
Lee Masters, Head of Commercial Insurance
Lee has been working with businesses throughout the UK for over 15 years and is qualified to Cert CII level.
Based at the office in Maldon Lee will provide clients with advice on all aspects of business insurance. Lee uses his experience of working in retail and contracting to learn how each business works, so that he can provide you with bespoke policies to match your needs. He will help on the risks you face so that you make the best decisions for your company and will also assist in claims handling.
When he isn’t in the office Lee enjoys days out with his wife and children, old Volkswagens and playing golf. If you’re struggling with your chipping or putting then you should give him a call to arrange a game.

Ian has 30+ years in the financial services sector and has been directly involved in the niche secured loans industry for nearly 20 years.
From the Maldon office Ian services the needs of brokers and clients alike . Whether it’s a secured loan (second mortgage ) on a residential property a BTL or bridging loan Ian is always happy to help.
