The year 2012 has seen the Queens Diamond Jubilee, the Olympics in London and the European 2012 Football competition.
This year is also a significant year for the financial services industry with the Retail Distribution Review (RDR). A significant element of RDR has been the requirement for Financial Advisers to obtain a higher level of qualifications by the end of 2012. Many high street banks have withdrawn their customer facing financial advisers and others have reduced their number of advisers.
Now in Maldon in Essex, Hoskin Financial Planning has been launched covering Maldon, Essex and the rest of England. Hoskin Financial Planning is a modern, vibrant, forward thinking business providing wholly independent, expert and friendly financial advice in an easy to understand manner to business and personal clients.
The founder, Paul Hoskin, has 25 years’ experience in Financial Services at adviser and managerial level. He holds the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) which meets the higher qualification standard required by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to be able to continue advising clients beyond 2012. He is a lecturer at Colchester Institute; where he developed a training program and taught local Independent Financial Advisers the higher level qualification.
